Great experience at Mazda of West Ridge! Matt MacLean is just great! Very helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, and excellent customer service. When I told Matt about everything that happened at the competing dealership in the area (read more below), he never once said a bad word about the competition. Instead just focused on how they handle things and treat customers at Mazda of West Ridge. Very classy -- and showed a lot of integrity. Had a few weird experiences at the other Mazda dealership in Rochester: weirdly layered, of having to talk to a sales assistant before the sales rep, and then had to repeat it ALL again to the sales rep. They wanted to have my driver's license and all my personal details JUST to discuss pricing with me (seems like they might sell that info to a mailing list or something). Couldn't answer most simple questions I had about financing rates and terms without consulting a different department. Then they weren't going to offer me the loyalty discount for owning another Mazda. If Matt at West Ridge hadn't told me about it, they never would have offered it. Lastly, there was a very weird and annoying chat bot named Ivy Gold who kept emailing me with the same questions after I visited that dealership. The whole experience was just a zoo and a turn-off. Only made Mazda of West Ridge look better, more professional, and classier. SO GLAD I chose Mazda of West Ridge and working with Matt MacLean!

I just leased a new cx-30 carbon edition and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The car itself is absolutely incredible. It’s so fun to drive and the fact that I had a wonderful buying experience makes it even better. This is my second mazda lease from this dealership, my second time working with Tiara(finance) and my first time working with Steve (salesman). From the test drive to signing my lease and driving off the lot, both steve and tiara were friendly, prompt and knowledgeable and answered all my questions almost immediately whenever I had them. Tiara made the lease signing process quick and easy but still thorough- they both made me feel comfortable during what can be a stressful process. I look forward to being a mazda customer here for years to come :)

Very friendly staff. Everyone was helpful and did everything they could to get me into the vehicle I wanted. There was a lot to choose from but when it came down to it there was only one I was interested in. The best buyer experience I've had and should I be looking for another vehicle soon this will be the 1st place I go. Great selection of certified used vehicles and the prices were comparable, if not better than everyone else's. You'd be foolish not to check them out. Shout out to Toby and Josh, great guys. Highly recommend.

Everything is clean, everyone is friendly & the service is great. My salesperson, Toby, is the absolute best & I have referred a number of people here.
