Took my car in for an oil change and inspection. I waited for the car. The experience was great. Their waiting room is comfortable with coffee, tea or water. A tv and internet. A video showed the process of what they did on the car. I am impressed with Mazda of West Ridge. I would recommend them to everyone.

He patiently answered all my questions, provided detailed information about the CX-50’s features, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. My wife and I had a great experience the other day. We meet with Judy, our salesperson, and she did an amazing job helping us lease not 1 but 2 vehicles. She did an AMAZING job staying within our budget, and getting us the best deals. She was extremely friendly, fair, and to the point. We were in and out in under 2 hours (including shopping, test drives, trade in inspection, and making a deal) on the first day, then returned at a more convenient time, which Judy came in on her day off for, to do the final paperwork (also very quick ~30min) and pick up the vehicles. Overall a great experience with great customer service, fast and efficiency with our time, great deals within our budget, and ultimately 2 very nice, comfortable, & safe vehicles! (1 CX-30 premium plus trim & 1 Mazda 3 hatchback)

Had the pleasure of doing business with Toby Thomas on Saturday. Not only was he very friendly but also very knowledgeable. He was able to answer the 1000 different questions I had with this being the first car Id have in my own name. He was also very reachable and accommodating. Great and awesome service and easy to work with. I love my CX-90 ev. Only had it 3 days but it is amazing!

They have treated me very well with both my 2019 Mazda 6 and my 2023 CX50.

Matt made the difficult decision on choosing a car so much easier! He responded quickly to my online request even thought it was outside of business hours and set an appointment for the next day. I test drove 3 Mazda's (2 used CX 30's and 1 2024 Mazda3). Afterwards, he spent a lot of time going over a variety of financing ideas. I went home to think further, came up with more questions which Matt answered promptly and I finally made a decision. Matt took care of ALL the details, including the return of my rental car, and Tiara patiently took me through all of the paperwork. Two days later I drove away in my new 2024 Mazda3! What a great experience! I would highly recommend Mazda of West Ridge to anyone looking for a car.!
