We've had 3 serious issues with our CX-5. The service department has been great in diagnosis the problems and repairing everything working with our car shield warranty. We've saved over 1500 for the repairs they've done! We love the professional attitude the service staff has! Thank you 💌

The team at Mazda was efficient, thorough and professional when I had my CX-90 serviced. They text me with a video link explaining what they had done to my car and future recommendations on brakes and tires! The whole process from drop off to pick up was seamless!

I started by checking out some prices on their website. Within a short time, I was contacted by a sales rep, who was the same person a couple relatives of mine had used. I sent up an appointment for the following day, got a great deal on a car, and drive off in it that very same day! It was a pleasant sales experience.

Took my car in for an oil change and inspection. I waited for the car. The experience was great. Their waiting room is comfortable with coffee, tea or water. A tv and internet. A video showed the process of what they did on the car. I am impressed with Mazda of West Ridge. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had torn one of my tires on the curb and needed to replace it. The Mazda tech suggested that I buy two tires since the other front tire was almost down to the wear bars. They had the tires replaced and balanced in the blink of an eye. Very satisfied customer.
Finding Mazda of West Ridge was a serendipity experience to say the least. I had an appointment with a different dealership, but ended up here (we live 70 miles west and are unfamiliar with the area). I was looking to replace my beloved 2019 CX-5 Signature with another, but I didn't like the totally dark interiors in the Signatures.
