Easy, no pressure sale. Allowed to test drive on my own for both local and highway driving. Sales agent helped setup AppleCarPlay; reviewed the options that were new to this car (previously has a CX3). Car was ready as promised; Mazda credit currently pays the first month (not a deferred payment) adn Mazda of West Ridge provides 3 oil changes and tire rotations. Service has been excellent on my previous visits on my past lease.

Came for oil change and tire rotation. Was in and out in about 1/2 hr. They seemed well prepared for the pandemic. There were wipes in several places in the showroom (which was empty of sales people) and did not require a signature on my receipt. I had scheduled my appointment on line and they were ready for me.
