Took my car in for an oil change and inspection. I waited for the car. The experience was great. Their waiting room is comfortable with coffee, tea or water. A tv and internet. Seemed to go well. Oil and filter change and a software update to solve an issue. Had to wait 3 weeks to get in though? 🙁

I had torn one of my tires on the curb and needed to replace it. The Mazda tech suggested that I buy two tires since the other front tire was almost down to the wear bars. They had the tires replaced and balanced in the blink of an eye. Very satisfied customer.

Finding Mazda of West Ridge was a serendipity experience to say the least. I had an appointment with a different dealership, but ended up here (we live 70 miles west and are unfamiliar with the area). I was looking to replace my beloved 2019 CX-5 Signature with another, but I didn't like the totally dark interiors in the Signatures.
