Be prepared for any conditions year round. Have your vehicle checked by our ASE Certified Technicians to make sure it's ready for the widely varying conditions we experience in Upstate New York. Tires need to be in good condition with enough tread to get you through the deep snow and wet conditions. Your engine antifreeze prevents damage at below freezing and above boiling temperatures. Your brakes should be checked for proper operation and sufficient pad/shoe life. Belts and hoses need to be up to the task. All these components and more need to be in tip-top condition to get you where you need to be going during the cold winter and hot summer months. make sure your vehicle is ready. Ask our service team to perform a 27 POINT CHECK. There's no charge to you and it'll provide some peace of mind knowing your vehicle is ready for whatever Rochester wants to throw at it. we recomend the check at every visit. INJECTOR CLEANING SERVICE
Cleaning uses specialized equipment to run your engine and inject a chemical cleaner directly into the fuel rail. The cleaner removes carbon and fuel residue from the fuel rail, fuel injectors, intake valves and combustion chambers. It also reaches Exhaust Gas Recirculation passages and helps keep your emission control systems operating as designed. This service is recommended at 30,000 mile intervals and is included at a discounted price in our 30,000 mile service packages. |

ENGINE OIL FLUSH
During normal operation engine oil leaves deposits in your engine that over long periods of time cause wear and in some instances damage. These deposits can affect more than just the mechanical components of an engine. Crankcase vapors affect fuel injection components and emission control devices as well. Periodic removal of the deposits results in a longer lasting and more efficient operating engine. The Engine Oil Flush procedure utilizes specially formulated cleaners to loosen and break down harmful deposits before they are flushed away with multiple oil and filter changes. This service is recommended for all high mileage engines and periodically during the normal maintenance of an engine to reduce the amount of internal deposits. It should be performed periodically in place of your regular oil and filter change. |

AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID EXCHANGE
Most transmission service specials include only draining and replacing the fluid and filter. This results in less than all of the fluid being changed leaving contaminants and varnish remaining in the system. A complete Transmission Fluid Exhange uses specially designed chemicals to disolve varnish deposits and clean the inside of your transmission. The fluid is then completely exchanged with new fluid to remove all suspended contaminants and replace with fresh new fluids using specially designed equipment. This procedure removes all old fluid and flushes potentially harmful contaminants out of your transmission. This service is recommended every 30,000-50,000 miles depending on model and transmission. Some models require extra charge due to special fluid requirements. Request by internet should be scheduled at least 2-3 days in advance. Please allow at least 24 hours for a response. Varying workloads during peak service volume times may require additional lead time. Also take into account that Saturday and weeknight appointments are very popular and may be full over a week in advance. Then theres always the possibility we are experiencing internet concerns and may not receive your request immediately. In the event you have an emergency or need an appointment scheduled quickly you may find contacting the service department by phone faster. If you are forwarded to voice mail leave a clear detailed message including dates and times desired and in the event we respond to you by voice mail we may be able to make arrangements without ever speaking directly to you. Voice mail is checked multiple times daily and clear messages will be responded to usually during the same day, sometimes within minutes as time allows. |
